Status: Soon. Public editor access is pending. Your media library is the place to find imported files; brand kit and template availability depend on the features enabled for your account.
Find your own files
- Open Workspace in the editor rail. It holds your uploaded video, images and audio. Drop files there or click to browse. Use Search by name, folder or tag to find an asset rather than importing another copy.
- Use Folders → New folder to group related files. Add comma-separated Tags to a media item, then filter or search by those tags. Folder and tag organization belongs to the Workspace library; changing a tag does not change an edit already placed on the timeline.
- The separate Video, Image and Audio rail entries focus on those media kinds. Image offers an image drop zone and a Stock Images shelf with Creations and Internet browsing; a result must still be selected and inserted before it becomes part of the timeline. Availability of remote assets can vary.
Add designed content over a sequence
Text, Elements and Templates need an image or video already on the timeline. Choose a text or element item, insert it, then select its layer to adjust timing, placement and style. A template overlay keeps the existing sequence. A campaign template asks for its fields and uses Insert campaign to add three grouped editable layers in one undo step; preview and undo if it does not suit the current edit.
Reuse a brand kit
Open Brand Kit, enter a New brand kit name and choose Create brand kit. Pick the Active kit, then set approved Primary, Dark and Light colors plus Heading and Body fonts. Upload logo to active brand kit accepts PNG, JPEG or WebP. The interface describes kit sharing across this account's editor drafts on this device; do not rely on team or cloud sharing until the collaboration workspace supports it.
Why can I not add an element or template?
Add an image or video to the timeline first. These overlays need a sequence and duration to sit on.
Will inserting a campaign overwrite my existing clips?
The current template help says an overlay keeps the sequence and a campaign adds three grouped layers. Review the result on the timeline and use Undo if needed.
